Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibility:-
Oversight of all operation in company, reporting directly to Director.
In depth Knowledge on Procurement & sub-contractor management.
Experience in managing contracts, negotiating with client on contract activity with ability to develop budgets and control expenses.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. A higher qualification would be considered favourably.
Make critical decisions relating to the ground management of operational assignments and manpower deployment matters.
Support and assist project executives in commercial / contractual negotiations with professional consultants and Clients in the process of executing construction contracts.
Review the reports on the status of projects indicating current status with regards to financial situation and provide guidance and recommendations for improvement.
Compilation and presentation of claims management strategies.
Advise on dispute avoidance and dispute resolution strategies.
