Responsibilities:
- Assist the shop manager in building a vibrant customer community.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and help us continuously improve.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as taking orders and serving customers.
- Learn about our products and provide recommendations when requested.
- Coordinate with the kitchen crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor and management.
Requirements:
- Happy, energetic, and hands-on with a can-do attitude.
- Service-oriented and a team player with a positive outlook.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
