Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula tailored to children’s developmental needs.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment through respectful, trust-based relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with families and actively engage with the community.
- Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic Preschool culture that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE), Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a preschool teacher is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Passionate about nurturing and guiding young children.
