Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and vendor accounts.
- Assist with the processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases.
- Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with other departments to gather financial information.
- Support the finance team with any ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as required.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
