Responsibilities:
- Ensure the teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitor the processes and provide training and team building sessions.
- Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
- Prepare reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations.
- Work closely with architects and other professionals.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff.
- Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in the related industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills
