Responsibilities
- Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational needs, including leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with division heads to address talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Manage and execute employee surveys, analyze results, and create action plans with operational teams.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, including orientation and in-house workshops on leadership and communication.
- Implement modular training frameworks and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and analytics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Build partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders to enhance employer branding and recruitment.
- Oversee training logistics, vendor management, grant facilitation, and maintain accurate training records.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, including leadership and talent development frameworks.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Creative and resourceful, with expertise in modern training methods and tools.
- Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to feedback and drive change.
