Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the payments and settlements team to ensure timely processing of domestic and international transactions.
- Monitor compliance with SWIFT, RTGS, and local clearing systems’ regulations.
- Resolve operational issues, including payment discrepancies and transaction failures.
- Identify opportunities to improve transaction efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Lead the implementation of new payment systems and technologies in collaboration with IT teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payment operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
