Job Scope:
- To support the sales team by understanding client problems/requirements and creating technical solution proposals to meet those needs.
- The candidate must have deep infra understanding and knowledge and be able to understand and architect Cloud computing deals. This involves understanding a Cloud consumption bill from a competing vendor and comparing resources to build estimated client commitments and competitive architectures.
- The successful candidate must have a breadth of knowledge and experience across different technologies with the ability to deep dive on new/unknown technologies efficiently and effectively
- The candidate must be able to confidently present, persuade and negotiate their technical solutions to our clients
- The Solution Architect will oversee the successful implementation of the proposed solution in delivery and make amendments as necessary, communicating back to the client.
- The Solution Architect will seek opportunities for upsell/cross sell within the existing account base
- The Solution Architect will have the experience and maturity to maintain C-Level relationships with our clients
- The candidate will pro-actively review, update and identify new service offerings for BCW clients
Requirements
- Degree in computer science (or similar qualification)
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, specifically Cloud platforms and services
- At least 4 years in a client facing technical pre-sales role
- Experience in Managed Services
- Ability to conceptualize technical solutions and create deliverable architectures based on client requirements
- Exceptional influential verbal and written communication skills
- Seeking a candidate who is personable with a selling spirit
- Fluent in English mandatory

- Professional Cloud Architect Certification (Google)
