- Position Title: Special Education Needs Teacher
- Working Location: Tanglin Rd
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am – 5pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary $2,500 - $3,500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent/Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver lesson plans aligned with the Australian/UK curriculum.
- Ensure the well-being of students and provide varied learning opportunities.
- Apply professional techniques and best practices in special education.
- Develop and update lesson plans, progress reports, and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
- Manage classrooms effectively.
- Perform special duties such as monitoring outdoor recreation areas, organizing extra-curricular activities, and participating in school events.
- Mentor and support Teaching Assistants.
- Follow school Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Stay informed and compliant with EduTrust processes and systems.
- Work with Early Years and Primary students (special education preferred).

- Good understanding of best practices in inclusive and special education to support diverse learners.
- Must have Masters, Degree of at least Diploma in Special Education, Education of Psychology.
- Min 2 years of work experience in a similar role for lead teachers.
- Fresh graduates welcome for co-teacher and teaching assistant roles.
- Full-Time or Part-Time available.
- Able to start immediately.
