Job Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day compensation activities such as reviewing compensation transactions in the HR system, and conduct data analysis and reporting.
- Participate and assist with compensation processes such as bonus planning, annual compensation planning, equity planning, and promotions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation recommendations are sound and supported by data.
- Provide compensation support to the HR and business as needed.
- Ensure compliance with global policies and guidelines.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
- Understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
