Job Duties:

  • Assist with day-to-day compensation activities such as reviewing compensation transactions in the HR system, and conduct data analysis and reporting.
  • Participate and assist with compensation processes such as bonus planning, annual compensation planning, equity planning, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation recommendations are sound and supported by data.
  • Provide compensation support to the HR and business as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and guidelines.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel).
  • Understanding of compensation principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
