Accounts Executive

Hs.atelier Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare/ Assists in preparing full sets of accounts for internal accounting function
  • Support in preparing weekly / monthly reports quarterly, and Year-end closing of account
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports
  • Review of billings, payment & staff claim prepared by employees
  • Assist in GST Filing and Tax submission
  • Provide timely support in budget and forecast
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements
  • Other adhoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree qualified in accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent MS office skills especially on Microsoft Excel
  • Organised and meticulous
  • Experience in using accounting software
  • Ability to work independently with strong accountability
