We are looking for an ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER who will oversee the overall business expansion of Heveya® in Singapore.
Our next hire would ideally be a hands-on and all-around person, who has the drive to develop a sales team and set them up for success. You will be part of the team shaping Heveya®’s expansion in Singapore.
How you will contribute:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and boost customer satisfaction, driving both in-store and online sales performance.
- Enhance the customer experience by ensuring a high standard of customer service and upholding visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to create an inviting and engaging store environment.
- Monitor sales floor activity to ensure sales staff are following best practices and delivering excellent service.
- Lead ongoing training programs for junior staff and part-time employees to develop their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Oversee the scheduling of sales team shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and peak-time availability.
- Lead regular sales meetings to track performance, discuss goals, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage communication with suppliers regarding product inquiries, customizations, and quotations.
- Take charge of handling customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Departmental Store Partners, maintaining and nurturing strong relationships.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and ensure seamless inventory management.
