Responsibilities:
This is a 12-month contract role located at Seletar Aerospace Park, focused on handling the entire sales process, from preparing competitive business proposals to managing customer quotes and orders.
- Manage the complete sales process, from proposals to sales order receipts.
- Prepare competitive business proposals that meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat opportunities and upselling.
- Address supply chain delays and customer concerns with proactive communication.
- Support team workloads and ensure compliance with company sales procedures.
You should possess strong analytical abilities, technical acumen, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Skills/Requirement:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to analyze technical documents and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using ERP systems and maintaining organized customer contact databases.
- Proactive approach to managing conflicts and resolving customer disputes.
- Ability to participate in trade shows and deliver basic technical support when needed.
