Job Responsibilities:
- Involves the execution of local & oversea recruitment career fairs and career talk plans, ensuring their successful implementation and outcomes.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Support pre & post recruitment activities e.g. job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding and etc ·
- Generate management statistics reports, track recruitment statistics and analysis ·
- Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience ·
- Provide guidance and advice to line managers and employees on recruitment matters ·
- Assist HR Manager in reviewing and implementing HR policies or procedures ·
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Responsible for the work pass application for new hire when need
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements: ·
- Posses Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource , Marketing and International Business
- Minimum 2 years of related HR working experiences·
- Prior working experience in semiconductor would be an added advantage ·
- Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore ·
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in SAP is a plus ·
- Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns. ·
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
