Job requirement:
- Ability to perform first level investigation out of control situation and line excursions, abnormal lot/tool judgement due to inline OOC and OOS from SPC Chart.
- Process condition optimization.
- Work closely with equipment and production to ensure key module objectives are met.
- Evaluation to improve process margin.
- Cost reduction projects.
- Ensure safety, discipline and housekeeping compliance by all personnel.
- Analyze different types of defects and provide clear problem description with maintenance counterparts on troubleshooting.
Job requirement:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Chemistry/Microelectronics/Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in Photo Process semiconductor front-end industry
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment.
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal skill
- Strong logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
- Highly committed with good ownership and accountability
- Passion for the semiconductor / manufacturing industry
- Able to adapt in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
