Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
