- To develop, control and continuously improve the Management Systems (MS) such as HACCP / Food Safety in accordance to company's requirements and to provide support to all divisions in managing quality related issues.
- Procedures (standard operating procedures) and working instructions are maintained and updated regularly.
- To oversee all internal audits and to ensure that feedback is provided to improve performance.
- To assist in preparation of the organization for customer audits and external accreditation reviews (e.g. HACCP).
- To develop effective non-conformance, corrective action loops ensuring that recurrence of non-conformance is avoided.
- Conceptualize new label or pamphlet designs, and design with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (preferred).
- Basic understanding of Sales of Food Act to ensure conformance in label & carton design.
- Order stickers: Work with HL & CG department to order stickers when stock runs low, work with Sales to ensure stocks to order are sufficient.
- Order corporate brochure
- To take charge of online correspondence with government bodies such as SPRING Singapore and IE Singapore to discuss initiatives, incentive programs, and facilitate claims, where applicable.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales report for management & sales team
- Take minutes for internal & external meetings.
Requirements
- Diploma and/or above in related field
- Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Alternate Saturday off
