We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales - Cold Call Contract Staff to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and converting leads into sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, perseverance, and a passion for meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential clients from CRM database.
- Introduce the company’s products/services, identify customer needs, and effectively pitch solutions.
- Qualify leads based on client interest and readiness to buy.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team or account managers.
- Record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide follow-up communications.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive attitude during calls, handling rejection with professionalism.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to support future sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (previous sales experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
