About the role
Looking for an Accounts Executive (Inventory) to join our team in the Central Area Region. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's inventory management and accounting processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post-purchase orders.
- Inventory purchase rebate computation.
- Submission of sales report to landlords.
- Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
- Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Conduct yearly stock count.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
- Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory-related workflows.
- Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline (Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistic background will be advantageous)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory accounting
- Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
- Meticulous, detailed and careful
- Experience in luxury retail would be advantageous
