About the Role

In this role, you will be a key player in our audit department, responsible for conducting audits and reviews of our global group of companies according to the annual work plan approved by the Audit Committee. You will work both independently and as part of a team, leading audits and supervising other team members as needed. Your role will involve utilizing audit software such as Galvanize Highbond and analytics tools like ACL to assess risks and operational effectiveness. You will also engage in consultancy projects including post-investment reviews, control self-assessments, process improvements, and digitalization efforts. Occasionally, you may be required to perform investigations based on management requests. Additionally, you will be tasked with proposing and implementing enhancements to internal audit processes to ensure continuous improvement.


Skills and Experience Needed

To be successful in this role, you should hold a good degree or higher qualification from a recognized university, preferably in IT, Accountancy, or Finance. You will need at least 8-10 years of experience managing audit assignments in a multinational organization, with recent experience in a Big 4 firm considered advantageous. Experience working with data analytics in your audits will be a strong advantage for the role.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and TEAMS, and have experience with Business Intelligence tools such as ACL, IDEA, Python R, QlikView, or Power BI. Familiarity with new technologies and robotics tools, including RPA and NLP, is expected. Strong data analytics, scripting, or programming skills for managing and analyzing large data volumes are essential, along with experience in designing dashboards and reporting.


Other important qualities include being proactive and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to maintain a detailed yet broad perspective on assignments, and a strong governance mindset focused on continuous improvement. You should be adaptable, keep up with new technologies, and have a strong drive for results, effectively managing strict timelines and work pressure.
