Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple corporate secretarial clients’ portfolios including public listed companies.
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
- Prepare and review corporate secretarial documents and ensure clients’ compliance with government authorities and statutory requirements.
- Manage the smooth operations of Board Meetings, Audit and Risk Meetings, and Annual General Meetings for clients’ companies.
- Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Perform customers’ due diligence as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any field with min. 3 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience.
- Candidate with experience in SGX listing firms are advantageous.
- Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Office.
