Responsibilities:
- Under the Marketing Team, you will provide support to existing corporate clients and intermediaries on policy renewal and/or endorsement requests.
- Provide quotation in accordance with Company’s underwriting guidelines.
- Prepare monthly premium income report.
- To assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies.
- To establish customer benefit services with vendors.
- Provide customer service to corporate clients on their enquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.
- Assist the department in planning renewal strategies for corporate clients.
- Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
- Ensure clients’ database is well maintained and kept updated at all times.
- Participate in improvement project or risk survey, if necessary.
- Other duties that are assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of client servicing or sales support experience in the insurance space.
- Obatined or is preparing to obtain BCP, PGI and HI Certificates.
- Good follow up skills.
