Job Description:
- Keep abreast of HR legislation and update the employee handbook and HR policies & Risk Deck
- Provide interpretation and advice to the business regarding policies, processes and procedures
- Payroll administration for timely and accurate payroll including income tax filing
- Apply for government grants for maternity leave and national service
- Submission of Ministry of Manpower and Regulator manpower surveys
- Apply, renew and cancel work pass and dependent pass
- Coordinate international mobility transfers
- Respond to audit questions during the auditing process
- Coordinate with medical and insurer providers for remarketing exercises for staff medical benefits
- Participate in the yearly salary surveys
- Renewal of all medical insurance
- Coordination of staff medical benefits
- Preparation of Town Hall slides, internal HR communications
Requirements:
- Degree of a relevant discipline
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience
