Job Description:
- Ensure all team members in the restaurants are familiar with the restaurant’s menu and service procedures.
- Ensure that the set-up of tables in the restaurant is as per the standards required for each meal period and as set in the Restaurant operating policy.
- Assist in the supervision of the daily operations of the outlet.
- Assist the cashiering duties and reservations.
- Assist with the rostering of manpower.
- Establish rapport with guests, build guest profiles and extend them with the optimum service possible.
- Manage guest relations and handle feedback concerning food and services.
- To have full understanding and knowledge of all items that are offered on the menu & beverage list.
- Manage guest relations and handle complaints or feedback concerning food and services.
- Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with necessary administrative duties.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Job Requirement :
- Experience working in an Indian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Hotel experience is preferred
- Excellent communications skills
- Customer service oriented and able to handle challenging situations professionally
- WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies or other relevant Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ)
