1.Grant Management
- Provide manpower projections to relevant stakeholders and ensure Expenditure of Manpower (EOM) are optimised.
- Advise on manpower expenditures for grant management.
- Consolidate manpower allocation from project leads and timely updates in SAP system.
- Oversee and consolidate monthly Headcount reconciliation and run ad hoc reports required for manpower budgeting.
- Ensure right charging for bonus re-fractionation.
2.Fund Requisition (FR)
- Prepare and submit FR (EOM breakdown and projections).
- Ensure EOM breakdown is reconciled with FR Submission.
- Reply iGrant Auditor queries.
3.EOM billing to Inter RI and external Companies for services provided.
4.Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- With Minimum Diploma in Business Administrative/Finance/Accountancy
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in grant administrative/finance activities
- Preferably with good understanding of organization policies on grant management and finance knowledge
- Proficient in MS advance Excel and other Microsoft office, Power BI and familiar with SAP
- Meticulous individual with critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as a team.
