Candidates with process plant turnaround, shutdown and maintenance related experiences are encouraged to apply. The role requires a proactive candidate with an interest in planning and execution of plant shutdown activities. Being able to engage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders is essential to this position.
Responsibilities:
- To provide planning of needed resources, materials, personnel and contracts, scope preparation, and schedule integration on mechanical scope for turnaround.
- Assist in scope gathering, scope optimization using available database.
- Conduct regular site visits and prepare detailed work packages.
- Work closely with other supporting functions to develop the work plan. Liaise with contractors and/or external vendors to determine their work scopes.
- To participate in the execution of the Project/Turnaround while ensuring compliance on HSE, quality and duration.
- Monitor and control work execution based on the approved plan.
- Close-out all document upon project completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Oil/Refinery/Chemical plants, mainly in mechanical works.
- Experience in process plant shutdown maintenance works.
- Know-how in plant maintenance processes and equipment maintenance activities.
- Ability to understand engineering and technical drawings and documentation.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in Primavera will be added advantage.
