JOB SCOPE:
- Manage customer accounts
- Collect customer construction information and investment information and share it within the company. Information will be updated as needed
- Plan and execute sales strategies
- Prepare and submit tenders
- Oversee sales team to support various sales activities
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Instruction and development of subordinates
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
- Communicate and respond to customer queries and requirements
- Review customer requirements against company’s resources and capabilities
- Perform contract review to ensure requirements are in line with quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery
REQUIREMENT:
- At least 3 years of sales work experience in Petrochemical Plant or Chemical Plant industry
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle clients
- Experience negotiating prices with customers to receive construction order
(Possess good negotiation skills)
- Must have strong leadership capabilities
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
