Job Responsibilities:
• Performing all procurement activities including sourcing, pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts and tender management.
• Developing and implement procurement plans and strategies to support project and business needs.
• Ensuring tender processing time is maintained and facilitate tender and contract negotiations by practicing cost saving strategies.
• Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
• Proactively engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to solve operational issues and problems related to Procurement operations.
• Ensuring all activities comply with procurement policy, tender procedures, and finance policy and manual for purpose in providing exceptional customer service .
