Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and executing machining plans to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate the work between various departments, including production, purchasing, quality, etc., to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor production progress and resolve problems and risks in the process in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the statistics and analysis of production data to provide basis for decision-making.
- Develop a reasonable production plan based on project needs and clarify production tasks;
- Control key nodes and potential risk points, and assist the production team to monitor the output of each process to ensure that each project is delivered on schedule;
- Confirm and manage orders in a timely manner according to the actual production situation in the workshop;
- Communicate, coordinate and handle abnormal orders in a timely manner internally and externally to ensure that projects are delivered on time.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in production/ assembly planning or automation project management
- Proficient in using production management software and office software.
- Excellent communication, coordination and team management skills; strong data statistical analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in China.
