Chinese Restaurant in Ang Mo Kio looking for Part Time Human Resource & Administrative Executive
- Ensure day to day and end to end management of HR functions which include recruitment, payroll, staff training, employee benefits, CPF contributions, leave administration, MOM rulings, Year end IR8A, IR21 submission and all HR related duties.
- Good understanding of MOM, CPF, IRAS and other Government agency policies related to HR.
- Familiar with MOM quarterly survey and OED submission.
- Develop a well-managed HR department with good HR practices.
- Maintain human resource records by designing an effective filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Knowledge of group insurance
- Familiar with HRIS System
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Able to read, speak and write Mandarin
- Any other duties as and assigned.
