Job Description & Requirements:
-Responsible for pre and post contract documentation.
-Responsible for taking off measurement and preparation of tender submission.
-Responsible for handling running project.
-Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.
-Prepare materials take off for procurement and production
-Evaluation and certification of subcontractor's progress payments and variation claims (include any deduction to be made).
-Involve in project budgeting, finalisation of account with subcontractors and client
-Preparation of monthly progress claim to Consultant.
-Preparation of variation orders for submission
-Able to work independently & Systematic
-Willing to learn attitude with good communication skills
-Proactive, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
