Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments and manage registration of repair merchandise.
- Execute seamless daily operations and maintain efficient workshop flows.
- Collaborate with technicians and central teams on technical discussions and resolutions.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including handling store queries, quotations, and unique cases.
- Assist in repair work and manage spare parts inventory as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfort with using a sewing machine is highly desirable.
- Experience in hands-on design, tailoring, or stitching is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fast learner with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Passionate about craftsmanship and eager to learn from experts.
