Responsible for developing, implementing & managing pay-per-click media strategies across Search Engines (Google, Bing) and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Spotify, Xiaohongshu etc)
Assume ownership of assigned paid search/social campaigns to ensure the delivery of KPIs.
Develop marketing campaigns around keywords and targeted demographics, develop ads (text and display network), and ad groups for accounts that will drive traffic to a website and convert them to customers. This includes preparation of marketing proposals.
Perform daily account management of pay-per-click accounts on search and social media marketing platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Marketing and Facebook/Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn & TikTok Marketing.
Able to track and analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities in accordance with client goals. This includes the use of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Ensure UX/UI best practice is in place and website is optimized for search/social campaign so as to achieve best possible returns for our advertisers
Provide updates, alerts and monthly/quarterly reports on paid search/social campaigns’ performance to both internal and external stakeholders. This include report presentation to clientele.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Account Manager, Sales, Graphics Team, Web Team, etc) to complement and enhance both clientele support and overall Search/Social performance.
Experience with leading a team of marketing executives.
Requirements
At least 2-years relevant work experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Search (PPC) / Social Media Marketing
Proficient experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu etc)
Proficient experience with various types of campaigns such as Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing etc.
Proven track record in managing numerous clients at varying levels of media spend.
With Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint Certified. Candidates with experience, but not yet obtained certification can be considered.
Stay up-to-date with PPC/Social Media industry trends and developments.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Analytical, performance-driven and good problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, detailed and customer-oriented.
Able to multitask and has organizational ability.
Good visualisation and possess a keen eye for detail.
Maintaining content and graphics as it relates to the campaign.
Competency in Adobe Creative Suite such as PhotoShop, and Illustrator is a plus.
