Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and ensure positive on-boarding & off-boarding experience.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries, including IR21 tax clearance.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as creating/updating employee records, managing leave, and maintaining HR databases.
- Work pass administration
- Manage employee benefits, claims, and welfare programs.
- Assist yearly appraisal process
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and career growth.
- Assist in organizing company’s events/ activities, promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Singapore's HR best practices and legislative requirements.
- Assist in internal & external audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/ Degree with at least 1-3 years of HR generalist experience.
- Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous with details, passionate about people and with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Resilient and organized, with a strong sense of urgency and work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
