Job Description:
Local Regulatory Reporting
- As the Preparer and Reviewer for Daily MAS Monitoring and monthly, quarterly and annual submissions
- Set up, maintain and implement effective controls over the system and process of Regulatory Reporting
- Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of MAS reporting. Refer to the appendix for the latest list of MAS reporting obligations.
- Effective maintenance of Regulatory reporting system, STB Reporter.
- Take significant participation in UAT of new accounting projects and initiatives which relate to the MAS reporting function.
- Assist the Head of Regulatory Reporting / Financial Controller in driving initiatives to enhance regulatory reporting data quality.
- Ensure proper documentation of local regulatory reporting procedure and MAS returns productions manual in line with MAS reporting requirement and MAS guideline.
Financial / GL Control
- Ensure timely GL accounts reconciliation
- Responsible for GL reconciliation breaks investigation and documentation of investigation and resolution outcome
- Liaise with Head Office to create new or correct GL Lines and categories in T24 for new products/ activities
Requirements:
- Degree of a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in MAS Reporting function
