Job Description:
• Handle full sets of accounts for clients and preparation for monthly financial reporting.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare/Review month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Prepare/Review GST report and filing.
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (e.g.Form IR8A)
• Client relationship management, including but not limited to, professional advice to clients, projects/tasks management/coordination.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Those with experience in professional firms is an advantageous.
• Candidate must be proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2) to liaise with and to provide consultation to Japanese speaking clients stationed in Japan.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated and serious work attitude.
• Detailed and customer-service oriented.
• A good team player.
