Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
- Greet customers and answer all customers’ enquiries
- Perform scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders on appointments to customer
- Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
- Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
- Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
- Prefably with at least 1 year experience with customer service.
- Able to commit to retail hours
