Job Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural, architectural works and Medical
• Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements
• Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities’ regulations
• Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative
Job Description:
• Ensure compliance of drawing with regulatory specification
• Prepare and check drawings / shop drawings
• Carry out work according to design schedule such that they are completed on time and in accordance with client's specification and statutory regulations
• Attend site / TOP inspections to ensure work site is compliant with and built according to approved plans
• To ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards
