Employer are seeking a Recruitment Consulting Manager (Entrepreneurial Leader) to establish and lead a recruitment agency startup specializing in the Marine Construction and Safety industries. In this role, you will actively engage with clients and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include posting job advertisements across online platforms, assessing applications, and providing curated shortlists of qualified candidates based on predefined criteria. Success in this role requires a proven ability to fill positions across diverse departments and seniority levels.

Ultimately, your goal will be to streamline the hiring process for our clients by delivering top-quality candidates efficiently and within optimal timelines.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients and candidates.
  • Conduct consultation meetings with clients to define candidate qualification criteria.
  • Advertise job openings on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Source and reach out to passive candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Build relationships with candidates through offline networking events, such as job fairs.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and present shortlists of top talent to clients.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the hiring process, such as the number of screened candidates.
  • Guide candidates to prepare effectively for interviews with clients.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Keep comprehensive records of applicants, including resumes, assessments, and interview feedback, within the system.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Ensure the startup achieves and maintains a positive profit and loss balance.



Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Recruiter/ Recruitment Manager, or in a similar role.
  • MOM Certified CEI/ KAH is a must.
  • Proficiency in managing early-stage recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Hands-on experience conducting various interview formats, such as phone screenings, in-person interviews, and group assessments.
  • Skilled in assessing candidates across a range of roles and seniority levels.
  • Familiarity with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
