Objective of the role:
Drive revenue growth and market expansion for our Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems in Singapore and the region. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and solidify the company's position as a leading provider in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
- Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Potential traveling at least 10% of the time.
- Preferable relevant experiences in Semiconductor Industry.
- Preferably with Engineering background.
