Responsible for the daily preparation of food items at the designated station
· Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
· Follow recipes, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant/Head Chef
· Restock all items as needed throughout shift
· Clean and maintain station for food safety, workplace safety & sanitation
· Requisite daily perishable & dry supplies for his respective station
· Understand and know the proper usage of all equipment in the station and responsible for cleanliness & maintenance of them
· Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
