Responsibilities
- Leverage networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities within the Indonesian market.
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with key stakeholders, driving enterprise-level sales.
- Partner with the Business Contracts Manager to lead contract negotiations with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth, and develop recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
- Prepare and execute strategic account plans, sales forecasts, status reports, and quota attainment.
- Gain deep proficiency in Tencent Cloud’s offerings and provide tailored service solutions that align with customer needs.
- Develop strategic plans for key industries based on market trends and customer analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Architecture team to ensure customers receive maximum value from their investments.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, across all accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or its equivalents
- Minimum 5 years of experience selling cloud services, managing large high-profile accounts. Knowledge of cloud services, CDN, SaaS, and the broader internet space.
- Trilingual professional proficiency in English, Korean and Chinese Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Proven “hunter” mentality with exceptional ability to close sales and generate leads.
- Experience selling to C-level executives with a strong record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong technical sensibility, with the ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into customer benefits.
- Proven ability to grow revenue, manage enterprise accounts, and articulate complex cloud and SaaS solutions to decision-makers.
- Experience analyzing data, trends, and market conditions to develop key selling points and strategies.
