Responsibilities
- Transportation of paperwork, goods and material
- Support store operations
- Receive and review orders during project mobilisation and demobilisation
- Support in ad hoc support in company implementation (e.g. Biometric Registration)
- Inspect and monitor quality standards of cleaning chemical, equipment / tools
- Perform asset tagging to ensure accountability of equipment
- Stock Checking to ensure that there is no over-ordering and ensure proper housekeeping
- Prepare inspection finding reports and communicate with internal staff / vendors on any faults, and follow up to ensure rectification
- Internal Housing Audit Monthly Assistant
- Any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic computer and report writing skills.
- Good time management and planning skills
- Hands-On Physical work required
- Driving company lorry (manual)
- Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday to Saturday) Sat: 0.5 Day (Half Day AM)
