Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with jewellery selection, styling, and product information, highlighting quality and craftsmanship.
- Ensure an inviting store environment by maintaining organized and visually appealing jewellery displays.
- Handle sales transactions, support inventory management, and contribute to stock-taking and merchandising efforts.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experiences, ideally in jewellery
- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach and a passion for luxury retail
- Polished appearance, professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings/holidays when required
