Job Roles and Responsibilties
- Oversee the entire Private Leasing business unit
- Manage deregistered vehicles movements and coordination
- Ensure vehicle coordinator's mechanic quality control is maintained
- Ensure vehicle PDI quality control is in line with requirements
- Coordinate vehicle movements with vehicle coordinator to ensure premise is well organised
- Manage Fleet Manager's expectations
- Assist in managing hirer's vehicle issues
- Test drive of vehicles for quality control before issuing
- Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance officer and driver support performance
- Train vehicle coordinator and PDI team in disassembling and replacing vehicle cosmetic components for costs savings
- Send vehicles to workshop for repairs and servicing
- Send vehicles to STA for inspections
- Ad-hoc duties as required and assigned by Management

Qualifications and Work Experience
- Class 3
- Minimum 1 year of good and safe driving records
- PDVL preferred
- ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC or other equivalent qualification
- Min 2 years of experience in a similar role
