Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with jewellery selection, styling and purchases
- Share with customers about the quality, value and craftsmanship of various jewellery pieces effectively
- Maintain the display cases, ensuring all jewellery is presented in an attractive and organised manner
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments
- Support inventory management, stock-taking, and merchandising efforts
Requirements:
- Previous retail experiences, ideally in jewellery
- Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach and a passion for luxury retail
- Polished appearance, professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings/holidays when required
