We are an Established Cleaning Company with 25 years in the Cleaning industry seeking to hire Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Officer.
Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9AM to 5PM

Roles & Responsibilities of Sales & Customer Service Officer:
- Handles customers enquiries through phonecalls, emails and face to face interactions.
- Maintains business working relationships with customers.
- Process and manage quotations.
- Manage & organise documentation.
- Hand-over orders to invoicing department.
- Keep track and update of day-to-day cleaning schedule.
- Good in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
- May need to conduct cold-calling to prospective customers if required.
- Report to the management on any issues.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
