- Evaluating and reviewing existing architectural designs, coordinating with the client and internal team to ensure the project is completed in accordance with contract specifications.
- Manage architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, project supervision, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Create and enforce policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical tasks.
- Hold technical meetings and maintain close communication with consultants.
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of MRT/LTA project experience.
