- 3 years of massage experiences preferred
- Hardworking & Active
- Develop staff schedules, manage payroll, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet demand.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff including therapists and receptionists.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance and standards.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Able to provide treatment according to company operating procedure and service standard.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Manage appointment and keep on time
- Responsible for house keeping , maintenance and cleanliness at all times.
- Need to have a good attitude and attentive to what customer need at all time
- Maintain self discipline on personal hygienic and cleanliness at all time
- Must be presentable and willing to learn and upgrade
- Present a warm , gracious and professional qualities to all customer and staff
