1. Perform daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, auditing, and reporting
2. Maintain financial records and files
3. Assist in the preparation of financial reports
4. Participate in financial analysis and budgeting
5. Ensure accurate recording of the company's financial transactions
6. Perform weekly bank reconciliation
7. Bi-monthly billing to customers and contact for collection
8. Update GIRO list and prepare monthly GIRO collection
9. Ensure timeliness of month-end accounts closing and preparation of finance schedules
10. Assist in ad hoc duties where necessary
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years relevant experience
· Meticulous, adaptable and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
· Experience in social service sectors will be an added advantage.
· Able to start work immediately or at short notice
